Terms and Conditions

The AgriOps Nutrient Management Planner ("the Service") is a web-based software application provided by AgriOps ("we", "us", "our") and accessible at agriops.online. The Service is designed to assist UK farmers and agronomists with nutrient management planning, NVZ (Nitrate Vulnerable Zone) compliance recording, field mapping, slurry storage calculations, and associated reporting.

The Service is intended for use within the United Kingdom and is designed around UK regulatory frameworks including the Nitrate Pollution Prevention Regulations 2015 (as amended) and DEFRA's RB209 Fertiliser Recommendations.

To use the Service you must register for an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

New accounts are granted a 30-minute free trial period on sign-up. After this period expires, a paid Pro subscription is required to access all features. Your data is retained after the trial regardless of whether you subscribe.

You may share your login credentials with a third party such as an agronomist or consultant. By doing so, you accept full responsibility for all actions taken under your account by that third party. AgriOps accepts no liability for any loss, damage, or data changes resulting from shared credential use. A formal consultant access system is planned for a future release.

The Service is offered on an annual subscription basis. The current introductory subscription price is £119.99 + VAT (20%) per year, totalling £143.99 per year. Prices are inclusive of UK VAT where applicable.

Introductory pricing: Subscribers who join during the introductory period will retain the £119.99 + VAT annual rate for the life of their continuous subscription. AR Enviro reserves the right to change pricing for new subscribers at any time. Existing subscribers will receive no less than 30 days' notice of any price change affecting their renewal.

Subscriptions renew automatically on an annual basis unless cancelled before the renewal date. Payment is processed by Stripe. You can cancel, update your payment method, or download VAT invoices at any time via the Stripe billing portal accessible from your account settings.

We do not store your payment card details. All payment information is handled directly by Stripe in accordance with their terms and PCI DSS compliance standards.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. On cancellation, your access to Pro features will continue until the end of the current paid billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.

Your data is not deleted on cancellation. All farm records, field data, nutrient plans, and reports are retained on our servers and will be fully accessible if you choose to resubscribe at any time.

If you wish to permanently delete your account and all associated data, please contact us at team@agriops.online. Data deletion requests will be processed within 30 days in accordance with UK GDPR.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any UK regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
• Upload or transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful data
• Misrepresent data within the Service to produce false compliance records
• Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit the Service without our written consent

The Service is a planning and record-keeping tool. Nutrient recommendations, NVZ compliance calculations, and reports generated by the Service are based on data you enter and on reference values derived from DEFRA's RB209 guidelines and the Nitrate Pollution Prevention Regulations. These are provided for guidance and planning purposes only.

The Service does not constitute professional agronomic, legal, or regulatory advice. You are solely responsible for verifying that your farming practices comply with applicable UK legislation. AgriOps strongly recommends that all nutrient management plans are reviewed by a qualified agronomist before submission to the relevant authority.

We make no warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any reports generated will be accepted by any regulatory body. Reference values (including RB209 figures) are updated periodically; it is your responsibility to ensure you are using current guidance.

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, AgriOps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any regulatory penalties arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The Service, including its design, code, content, and documentation, is the intellectual property of AgriOps. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

You retain full ownership of all farm data, field records, and nutrient plans you create within the Service. You grant AgriOps a limited licence to store and process that data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

The Service integrates with the following third-party services which have their own terms and privacy policies:

• Supabase — database and authentication hosting
• Stripe — payment processing and subscription management
• OpenStreetMap / Leaflet — field boundary mapping

AgriOps is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of these third-party services.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or via a notice within the Service no less than 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
